New ‘Wireless Charging’ LED light set 1979W2/3 from HAZET

Good lighting is essential in crafts and trades. It’s all the better, then, when the light can illuminate even hard-to-reach areas perfectly, without a tangle of cables or any loss of light output. This is precisely what HAZET’s new LED light sets are designed for. They are now available in four different versions, each comprising two LED lights for various applications, and come with a magnetic wireless charging pad.

Joining the existing lamp sets 1979W-11/3 (2x Pen Light), 1979W1/3 (pocket light and Slim Light) and 1979NW/3 (Pen Light and pocket light), the new 1979W2/3 lamp set has been added, which conveniently combines a Pen Light (1979W-11) and a Solid Light (1979W-85) on a dual charging pad (1979WP-2).

The LED lights can be placed wirelessly on the charging pad – which is suitable for wall mounting – using their strong holding magnets on the back of the casing, and charging begins immediately. The light ‘seeks out’ the optimal self-positioning for efficient charging. The charging pad can be securely attached using a screw connection or a holding magnet on metal surfaces. It is charged via a 100 cm USB-C charging cable with a USB power supply unit.

The HAZET LED pen light (1979W-11) is a small and compact, high-output LED general-purpose torch that is an essential item in any tradesperson’s toolbag. It is ideal for quick diagnostics, featuring a main light for general illumination and a top light for targeted illumination at 120 lm. The luminous flux is continuously dimmable between 20 and 200 lm.

Thanks to its 2-component plastic casing with a rubberised surface, the Pen Light is a robust and easy-to-grip companion for all the tasks of a tradesperson’s daily routine. The integrated 1,050 mAh rechargeable battery provides up to four hours of operating time for the top light. Operation is incredibly simple: switching the light on and off, as well as switching between the main light and the top light, is done via a single main button. A battery status indicator completes this versatile LED tool.

The Remscheid-based specialist in quality tools also combines this with the modern Solid Light light. This adjustable LED light stands out thanks to its magnetic base, which is lockable by 180° and can be adjusted in 5 different positions. The fold-out, 360° rotation holding hook is ideal for lighting situations where the tradesperson needs to have both hands free to work. The dimmer switch on the rear, for optimum light adjustment, also switches between the top light and the main light. The luminous flux of the main light is continuously dimmable from 60–600 lm and, depending on the setting, ensures illumination for between 3 and 20 hours.
