E-commerce Commercial Apprentice (m/f/d)

Here’s what you can expect:

You’ll learn

• the various options available for online sales, how to categorise, list and present products in a way that boosts sales, and how to use payment systems
• how to assess demand for goods or services via online sales channels and prepare sales figures for procurement
• what to bear in mind when designing user-friendly systems for capturing customer and payment data, as well as when providing payment methods
• which communication channels are suitable and how to communicate in a way that is tailored to the target audience and promotes sales

What you’ll need:

• At least a university of applied sciences entrance qualification
• An enthusiasm for business and its interrelationships
• Good grades in maths, economics, German and English
• A meticulous approach to work
• A willingness to learn, reliability and the ability to work as part of a team
